What Does Phase & Parts Mean In The Geography Project?

1. Phase 1 deals with United States (USA).
2. Phase 2 deals with Canada (CAN).
3. Phase 3 deals with Other Countries.

Mainly deals with county errors and/or missing location data.

A. Part 1 Looks for errors in the Hierarchy and corrects them.
B. Part 2 Consolidates the Geographic Location Data.
C. Part 3 Adds GPS location coordinates for Level 3 - 0 levels.
D. Part 4 Fixes any missed areas in the Place Hierarchy.
E. Part 5 Adds addresses for Churches,Cemeteries and homes.
F. Part 6 Adds GPS coordinates for specific places using 4 map system
Mapquest, Multimap, Google and Atlas.

Finally removing all incorrect entries in databases that are left from previous version of PhpGedview.

N.B. New features in PhpGedview allows: a) All those whom are participating to add comments to each record. b)Notes to be shared for all records. This mean less typing, saves time as well.

Work can be delegated out to persons who are participating and are given rights to change records through administrative rights.

Some of the errors may include spelling, reversal of state and county names. Wrong state or county.

 The State not belonging to USA. Including County or Co,Co.

These are all being removed, just  the county name will be displayed in the box (Level 1).

Addresses,Cemeteries names are placed in the right box (Cemetary and/or Address).
